About Our Firm

With roots in Orléans going back to 1978, the name Dust Evans has come to stand for quality legal services and a strong commitment to the community. The offices of Dust Evans are located on St. Joseph Boulevard between the Caisse Populaire and the Orléans Medical Center.

While the firm is well known for its extensive real estate practice, it also offers expertise in wills and estates, estate planning, business law, and franchise law. The firm's lawyers are supported by a dedicated and experienced team of support staff.

The firm supports many community endeavours. Leading the list are its Platinum Sponsorship of the Cumberland Resource Centre's Community Caring Club and its patron status with Concerts Cumberland. Its lawyers are involved in a long list of community organizations including the Orléans Chamber of Commerce, the Business Club d'Orléans, the Navan Community Association, the Navan Business Association and the Public Advisory Committee on the revitalization of St. Joseph Boulevard. Brad Evans is a past president of the Union Mission. Gerry Dust currently sits on the Board of the Cumberland Seniors Residence, a not-for-profit corporation seeking to bring a seniors life lease residence to Orléans.

The firm's dedication to quality legal services was reflected in the selection of Gerry Dust as recipient of the People's Choice Award for "Professional of the Year" in 2002. Mr. Dust also received a special corporate award for community service at the Navan Lion's Clubs 50th Charter Night in May of 2002.
